Join Our Dynamic Team as a Chief Revenue Growth Officer

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our sales and marketing efforts for Orient Express, a prestigious luxury brand within the Accor Hotels Group. As Chief Revenue Growth Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the luxury travel sector.

About the Opportunity

Orient Express is a legendary brand with a rich history, steeped in tradition and loved by generations of travelers. Our iconic trains and luxury hotels embody the refined nomadic spirit of travel, offering awe-inspiring experiences that set us apart from others in the industry.

As Chief Revenue Growth Officer, your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the brand's sales and marketing vision across our various products, including La Dolce Vita, Silenseas, the New Orient Express, and our upcoming developments. You will work closely with our entities to develop operational marketing plans aligned with our brand and communication strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-performing sales teams within our entities and partner with Accor's Global Sales team to strategize, plan, and execute sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop new business on behalf of the Orient Express portfolio, leveraging your network in the luxury travel space to drive property-specific sales plans for top-line success and market share growth globally.
  • Closely work with our Contact Centers and Digital teams to support B2C sales growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven success in leading luxury hotel sales teams, both on-property and in a centralized capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and effectively manage sales functions in both startup and established settings.
  • Strong network within the luxury travel sector, including hotels, trains, and cruises.
  • Exceptional leadership history of building and motivating high-performing sales teams across market segments and sales channels.
