As a key member of our retail team, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to drive business results. With a passion for beauty and a talent for building relationships, you will create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
