Job Description

This is a high-level position responsible for the management of High Voltage product services, including technical definition, order management, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities, technical knowledge of HV equipment, and experience in project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze equipment failures, define corrective actions, and collaborate with external labs for HV equipment issues.
  • Handle customer relationships by addressing technical aspects of Nuova Magrini Galileo and Siemens Energy HV equipment and communicate technical information through presentations.
  • Ensure product quality by handling non-conformities according to internal standards and addressing deviations.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to identify, propose, and implement improvements for high voltage equipment.
  • Engage in technical collaboration with headquarters and production, including preliminary inspections to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports, test reports, and quality control plans, and manage tasks to meet customer order objectives and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of work experience in a similar role or as a Product Manager.
  • Specific knowledge of High and Medium Voltage, Electrical Substations, and products.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Ability to effectively connect with team members, customers, and suppliers.
