Job Description:

As an International Operations Intern, you will be responsible for representing our brand in person and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, meeting new people, and handling various tasks related to front-office and back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-office activities: Customer service and sales
• Back-office activities: Operations handling, quality control, and support activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a student or recent graduate degree in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. You must also be fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
