Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Il Mannarino Srl. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store and ensuring the achievement of qualitative and economic results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of qualitative and economic results of the store
• Train and develop resources to meet business objectives
• Ensure quality of service, good brand image, and customer satisfaction
• Check goods orders and stocks to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Supervise operational activity to ensure efficient store operations
• Ensure the application of HACCP procedures to maintain food safety standards
