  • Costruzione di relazioni solide: Sviluppare e mantenere eccellenti rapporti con candidati e clienti.
  • Sviluppo commerciale: Identificare e coltivare nuove opportunità di business.
  • Analisi delle esigenze: Valutare e rispondere alle necessità dei clienti per garantire un servizio di alta qualità.
  • Gestione del processo di selezione: Supervisionare l'intero ciclo di reclutamento, dall'apertura del mandato fino alla fase di offerta.
  • Consulenza ai candidati: Fornire supporto nella preparazione del curriculum e suggerimenti per i colloqui.
  • Collaborazione attiva: Lavorare in sinergia con il proprio team e con altri gruppi all'interno dell'organizzazione.

Il candidato ideale possiede un'esperienza minima di 2 anni nel settore della Ricerca e Selezione del personale.
