Proposal Manager Oil

FRAG S.r.l. is seeking a Proposal / Estimating Manager with experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical proposals for private tenders for major international Oil & Gas companies, primarily in the Middle East and Mediterranean Africa. They will report to the Tender Manager and have direct contact with the Corporate Management.

1. Prepare proposals for international tenders
2. Analyze project data to estimate time, costs, materials, and labor required
3. Evaluate the tender specifications provided by the Client to find alternative solutions for the technical proposal
4. Negotiate contract conditions based on guidelines received
5. Prepare contractual documentation
6. Develop the estimation process and prepare the estimate and commercial offer
7. Manage internal and external personnel involved in the tender preparation
8. Coordinate with discipline managers involved in the project and manage relationships with suppliers and Clients

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 5 years of experience in preparing tenders in the Oil & Gas sector
3. Previous experience in preparing estimates, estimates, and commercial offers
4. Experience in analyzing and preparing contractual documentation
5. Excellent knowledge of the English language
6. Good knowledge of the French language (plus)
7. Availability to make short trips
