Production Associate 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Mcintoshbox as a Production Associate 2nd Shift. This role will involve working with wood processing equipment to cut material and build pallets and skids. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift, performing maintenance on equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate wood processing equipment such as Cut-Off saws, Notchers, and Stake Pointers
- Build specialty pallets and skids
- Operate a forklift
- Perform maintenance on equipment, including changing blades and greasing
- Ensure production areas are clean and organized
- Adhere to safety management standards and company policies
- Contribute to a safe and orderly environment of the facility
- Operate and manage technical equipment
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Previous experience with nail guns and saws is preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Preference for working with hands
