STAGE PER L AMBITO DI SELEZIONE E GESTIONE DEL PERSONALE

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the front-office and interviews, screenings, and curriculum archiving
  • Manage recruitment channels, employment contracts, and deadline management
  • Work in collaboration with a tutor to deepen the main aspects related to selection and presentation of candidates to companies, as well as aspects related to personnel administration
Required Skills
  • Strong motivation to work in the Human Resources sector
  • Laurea in humanistic or juridico-economic disciplines
  • Good knowledge of the Office package

Additional skills: excellent relational skills, predisposition to work in a team, dynamism, flexibility, and customer orientation

Insertion expected: 6-month internship
