About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Supervisor Lead to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and manage a team of auditors, ensuring they have the necessary expertise and competence to perform audit missions.
  • Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement audit plans, oversee their execution, and ensure compliance with audit methodology and international standards.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with auditees, business correspondents, and central teams on proposed audit plans and individual audit missions.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and approve the quality of corrective measures, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present assessment reports to senior management and control bodies of the bank and subsidiaries.
Requirements
  • Education: Higher education degree.
  • Experience: At least 7-8 years of experience in auditing, with a background in banking.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English, with French as an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of banking and financial markets, familiarity with banking laws and regulations, and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
