**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our Industrial Plant Development department, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and quality requirements. You'll work closely with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
* Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and operations
* Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure project success
* Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues
* Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A technical degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Industrial Plant business
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
