Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Manager to enhance our Front Office team. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for hospitality and thrive in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional experiences with authenticity and elegance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Front Office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, escorting, cashier duties, and ensuring guest satisfaction in alignment with Belmond's standards.
- Conduct daily financial reconciliations, manage cashier operations across all hotel venues, and prepare accounting reports while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Address and fulfill all guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage emergency situations in accordance with established protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within five-star hotel environments.
- Familiarity with hotel management software, such as Infor HMS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong commitment to service excellence and a desire for professional growth.
