La nostra azienda, Adecco Italia, sta cercando un professionista per ricoprire il ruolo di Customer Service Representative per una nostra azienda cliente multinazionale olandese.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Gestire l'intero flusso di evasione degli ordini, compresa la gestione dei clienti, la convalida e la fatturazione.
  • Gestire gli ordini arretrati e garantire la loro tempestività.
  • Mantenere un rapporto positivo con i clienti e risolvere le loro richieste in merito agli aggiornamenti delle date di consegna e alle questioni relative agli ordini.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Economia o similare.
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ruoli simili.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (B2).
Inquadramento

Il contratto sarà a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternit fino a dicembre, con inquadramento CCNL Commercio RAL.
