The Global E-commerce Product Strategist role at Amazon offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of e-commerce and drive business growth. As a seasoned strategist, you will develop and execute the vision and strategy for post-filtering search results quality across EU and WW Retail Customers.

This is an exciting chance to apply your expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and product development to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Search Experience, Search Relevance, TenSearch, ASCS, and RBS, to create innovative solutions that enhance the shopping experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. You will be comfortable working with complex data sets, defining business cases, and presenting P&Ls to senior leaders. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical product managers, technical program managers, and applied scientists to create cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the vision and strategy for the post-filtering search results quality for Amazon EU and WW
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business growth
  • Leading the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of post-filtering experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
  • Providing coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them grow professionally

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience developing and executing product strategies in e-commerce or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience working in cloud-based technologies and platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and product development principles
  • Certifications in project management, e-commerce, or related fields
