Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations and Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our assets and operations, as well as driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management and Operations: Monitor and manage our assets, including remote monitoring, video surveillance, and performance monitoring.
  • Plants Management and Notification Duties: Manage plants, including remote monitoring, video surveillance, and performance monitoring, as well as interacting with distributors and drafting reports for shareholders.
  • Operations: Monitor activities performed by O&M contractors and other service providers, control reports produced by such providers, and conduct periodic inspections and checks of photovoltaic plants status.
  • Business Development: Support inorganic development, including managing communications with advisors, drafting non-binding and binding offers, and supporting business plans setting and drafting.
  • Organic Development: Support interactions with advisors, conduct market analysis, and draft reports and presentations on various initiatives in progress.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering: A brilliant academic career and 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Entrepreneurship, Organizational, and Planning Skills: Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and proactivity.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in MSOffice tools, including Excel.
