Strategic Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Distribution Business Manager at Hewlett Packard, you will oversee and manage relationships with local and international distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. This role involves taking charge of the complete sell-in and sell-out processes, optimizing strategies to maximize sales and market penetration.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee and manage relationships with local and international distributors
- Take charge of the complete sell-in and sell-out processes
- Maintain responsibility for stock level control
- Define and implement strategic and tactical actions tailored to each distributor
- Work closely with distributor sales teams to identify and develop common business opportunities
- Lead the complete management and planning of marketing plans to promote all HP product lines effectively
- Provide support in resolving credit and logistics issues
- Build and nurture trust and strong partnerships with distributors
- Implement marketing actions aimed at increasing sales in the SMB market
- Build strong professional working relationships with C-level clients
Requirements:
Typically has 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
