Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales and Solution Engineer to join our team in Italy or other specified regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies
- Design and apply photovoltaic and energy storage systems according to different product types
- Lead conversations with customers and participate in technical marketing activities
- Collect user requirements and industry trends, and integrate technical solutions accordingly
- Provide on-site customer service, including training, system commissioning, and pre-start work

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronic technology, power system, automation, or related science and engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in pre-sales technical positions or roles related to photovoltaic systems and electric systems
- Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems, as well as design capabilities for product applications
- Excellent organization and time management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in automation, SCADA programming, and power systems design is preferred
- Familiarity with product solution processes and business processes is essential
