Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Takeda in Pisa, Italy. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities for GMP/non-GMP equipment/systems of Pisa site
  • Perform maintenance activities in accordance with EHS and GMP rules to maintain Pisa Site equipment/system in perfect condition
  • Document maintenance activities in accordance with Site Regulations
  • Ensure good communication with colleagues for reporting on technical issues
  • Guarantee correct reporting for timely delivery of spare parts for equipment and system on Pisa Site
Technical Expertise
  • Execute corrective and emergency interventions with a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Provide support for critical spare parts analysis and preventive maintenance plan of new installation equipment and systems
  • Ensure adherence to GMP's and standard operative procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, EHS rules, and authority regulations
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement improvements to systems and processes
  • Seek feedback from colleagues to strengthen skills and behavior
Requirements
  • High school certification in technical discipline (preferably electrical, electronic, or automation)
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role or equivalent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry
  • Able to read electrical diagrams and have basic knowledge of PLC and PES/PEI
  • Strong analytical skills with systematic approaches to problem solving
