Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to play a critical role in managing health and safety within the Fulfillment Centre. The successful candidate will identify, coordinate, and drive improvements in inbound safety, quality, and productivity, working with Operations Management teams to continuously improve the functionality and level of service provided to customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the health and safety function at the Fulfillment Centre, including supervision of staff to ensure delivery of objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health and safety projects across all operations sites.
• Provide authoritative advice and guidance on health and safety matters to all stakeholders within designated areas of responsibility.
• Drive behavioural culture change programs across large, complex, multi-shift operations.
• Review and audit health and safety management arrangements and continuously improve them where necessary.
• Develop strategies to plan and organize work systems to reduce health and safety risks and recommend suitable adaptations to plant, machinery, and processes.
• Provide management information and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
• Support business change through effective change management processes within the fast-paced Fulfillment Centre environment.
• Implement and review company global safety policies, ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements.
• Establish robust reporting regimes for health and safety statistics.
