Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Management: You will be responsible for managing a team of Beauty Advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
  • Customer Satisfaction: You will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Team Development: You will be responsible for developing and mentoring the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Business Performance: You will work closely with the store manager to drive business performance and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: You will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of the beauty industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products.
