Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to USAG community members
- Issue DBIDS cards and perform administrative duties
- Process access roster lists and perform basic data entry
- Support the IACS administrative office with substitute and replacement personnel
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US citizen over 18 years old
- Pass a criminal background check
- Experience in customer service administration
- US ID card holder with base access
