About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulics Mechanic to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the preparation, testing, and service of our car's hydraulic assemblies.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and test hydraulic assemblies, ensuring compliance with factory procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electronic and Quality Departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with external groups and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Execute day-to-day tasks, providing feedback to direct Manager and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  • Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, as required by the role and projects.
  • Work in a professional manner, promoting a positive image for the department, team, and sponsors.
Requirements
  • Automotive experience as a mechanic, ideally in motorsport.
  • Proven mechanical experience with hydraulic components.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and targets.
  • Strong initiative and innovation skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Italian language is a must, English is highly recommended.
  • Travel 0-10%.
