Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented Product Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency and profitability of our product engineering processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that product engineering processes and workflows are optimized for efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct strategic analysis of engineering processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Utilize data, models, simulations, and algorithms to identify bottlenecks, waste, and risks of the product engineering team workflow/activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and PE teams to understand their needs and constraints, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, measure outcomes against KPIs, and make necessary adjustments based on performance data and feedback.
- Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to document the value and impact of solutions, ensuring clear communication and buy-in from all parties.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within the Product Engineering team.
- Facilitate collaboration between different departments, ensuring that solutions align with the broader organizational goals.
- Emphasize the use of data, models, and simulations to drive decision-making and solution development, promoting a culture of evidence-based practices.
- Ensure that product engineering practice/procedure adheres to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in electronics, management engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis tools, GANTT, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
