Key Responsibilities

As our Head of IT, you will be responsible for developing and executing an IT vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives. This includes implementing the most effective IT organisational design to support and engage with the business.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Provide visionary leadership for the development and implementation of companywide IT initiatives.
  • Direct and plan enterprise-wide IT systems, with an emphasis on cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development.
  • Maintain oversight of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly monitored and reported.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Deep understanding of business needs and requirements.
  • Expertise and trainings in risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and/or business processes (e.g. CRM, ERP, BI, AI).
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring a collaborative environment.
