About the Role

As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician at Amazon Data Services Italy S.R.L., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers. Your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

In this position, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining complex electrical and mechanical systems, including generators, UPS systems, and HVAC systems. You will also troubleshoot facility and rack-level events, perform root cause analysis of equipment failures, and ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment
