The successful candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability of materials and resources, monitor production progress, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain weekly production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with procurement, material planning, and production teams to ensure seamless material flows and resource allocation.
  • Monitor production activities, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to understand demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of functional supply chain experience, preferably in a supervisory or project management role.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4, Kinaxis (Rapid Response), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to apply Supply Chain optimization tools/methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written communication abilities.
  • Able to lead and manage multiple priorities and stressful situations effectively.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
