Support the Internal Communication Strategy

As an Internal Communication Specialist at ING, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our internal communication strategy. Your goal will be to increase employee satisfaction and promote our company values across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the engagement strategy and related activity plan;
  • Support the management of internal engagement projects and events;
  • Contribute to the finalization of internal communications, particularly emails to all employees in collaboration with various departments;
  • Support the writing and uploading of articles on the intranet and internal social media;
  • Contribute to the definition of the communication approach and content for all touchpoints (intranet, email, internal social media, etc.) related to assigned projects;
  • Support the creation of internal videos;
  • Support initiatives from various bank departments to ensure consistency of communication in terms of content and values communicated;
  • Interface with creative agencies for communication development, from brief to delivery of materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar;
  • International studies are considered a plus;
  • Previous experience in Marketing, Event Organization, or similar will be considered a plus.
Technical, Language, and Other Specialized Skills:
  • Office package and experience with design programs;
  • Good level of English, written and spoken;
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Analysis skills;
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Practical sense;
  • Flexibility and open-mindedness.
