Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management, maintenance, and enforcement of our Intellectual Property portfolio. This will involve liaising with agents and lawyers worldwide, as well as supporting the team in connection with domestic and foreign opposition procedures and office actions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management, maintenance, and enforcement of the Intellectual Property Portfolio and related administrative matters
- Support in collecting information and documents required to manage activities such as domestic and foreign office actions, oppositions, and litigations
- Liaise with external trademark agents and lawyers
- 3 years' experience in a similar role, as Trademark Attorney practitioner in Intellectual Property Firm or in a law firm focused on Intellectual Property
- Degree in Law preferably with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law
- Interest in obtaining title as Italian and European Trademark Attorney
- Attitude for studying and solving legal issues on the basis of law regulations
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of professional databases for Intellectual Property management and prior rights searching tools
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to details, proactivity, problem solving
