About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at STMicroelectronics. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our automotive microcontrollers products and managing customer incidents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assure the quality of automotive microcontrollers products for key customers
  • Manage customer incidents through failure analysis, problem solving, and evidence of action plans
  • Provide timely and exhaustive analysis on customer incidents, driving problem solving and root cause identification
  • Define and supervise the execution of quality targets and plans based on customer complaints and expectations
  • Manage crisis and risk assessments with customers
  • Support customer visits during crisis and audits
  • Not Conformal Lot Management
  • Definition and execution of activities to align with Automotive Zero Defect Strategy
  • Safe introduction of new products and new technologies in mass production
