About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Consultant. As a Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational interventions with clients in business transformation projects
  • Expertise studies and benchmarks carried out on our areas of expertise within the framework of knowledge centres or on behalf of clients

Key Themes

  • Organizational and process transformation in banking and insurance, as well as regulatory compliance
  • Transformation of the IT function, including sourcing models, software asset management, and lean IT
  • HR Process and HR Information Systems (HRIS): project management and operational implementation
  • Data Asset Management: data governance, data protection, and data quality
  • Risk Management in Insurance (Solvency II), Actuarial Science

Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an engineering or business school
  • First experience (internship or first job) in consulting or with major players in the sector of Financial Services, Personal Data Protection, or HR fields
  • Teamworking, open-minded, analytical skills, and willingness to get involved and take responsibility for high-value-added missions

Language Requirements

English and Italian

Additional Information

This position is open to candidates from European countries (except Italy) who have a good knowledge of the Italian language.

Payment: in accordance with the Business France scale + Going and Return transport.

Eligibility for the V.I.E

  • Anyone over 18 and under 28 years old at the date of registration is eligible to apply for International Volunteer Service.
  • The departure for the mission is no later than the day of your 29th birthday. Beyond this date, no exemption is granted.
  • You must have a French or European nationality (a national of a member state of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 member states of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein) or Monegasque.
  • You must be in good standing with the national service obligations of the country of which you are a national.
  • You must have full civil rights and a clear criminal record.
