We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Manager II to join our Pricing department in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing pricing strategies tailored to the Italian market.

• Develop and execute pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitiveness within the Italian market.
• Monitor and analyze pricing performance, making necessary adjustments to meet profitability targets.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure pricing strategies align with market demands and company goals.
• Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
• Support pricing planning processes by providing clear insights into historical and forecasted pricing performance.

• Graduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in a quantitative/analytical role, ideally within tech, solutions consulting, or logistics.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing pricing strategies, particularly within the Italian market or similar regional focus.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL for analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
• Experience with Business Visualization tools and ETL processes is advantageous.
