UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you'll play a key role in understanding user behaviour and preferences. You'll employ a range of research methods, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights that drive product development.

We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in UX Research and a native fluency in French. Proficiency in English is also essential. Your experience in presenting research findings to stakeholders will be valuable in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and facilitating UX research studies, from planning to analysis and synthesis
• Employing UX research tools and methodologies to gather insights that inform product decisions
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies with customers
• Collaborating with clients to identify effective solutions

Requirements include:

• 2-5 years of experience in UX Research or service design
• Proficiency in conducting usability testing, interviews, and behavioural analysis
• Demonstrable experience in presenting research findings to stakeholders

Additional skills include:

• Native French speaker with proficiency in English
• Continuous update on UX research tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Willingness to experiment with new approaches
