Kydea Group is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an IT & Automation System Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our automation systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Service Desk Management: Organize and manage the service desk activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  2. Issue Tracking and Monitoring: Utilize specialized tools to track and monitor technical issues, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  4. Infrastructure Development: Design and implement new infrastructure solutions to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
  5. Integration and Support: Provide technical support for the integration of equipment, systems, and warehouse management with ERP and MES systems.
  6. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network, storage, and infrastructure, ensuring business continuity.
  7. Data Analysis: Analyze electronic data to support quality investigations and improve overall system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Technical Background: Diploma or degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.
  2. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  3. Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  4. Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards specific goals and objectives.
  5. Supplier Management: Experience in managing suppliers and vendors.
  6. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
  7. Database Management: Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server database management.
  8. Programming Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language, preferably Visual Studio or VBA.
  9. Operating System Knowledge: Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
  10. Networking and Connectivity: Understanding of networking, connectivity, and business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in Technical Support: Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support roles.
  2. System Integration Experience: Experience in system integration and implementation.
  3. Industrial Experience: Experience working in industrial environments, such as pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries.
