We're seeking a highly skilled Support Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Support organization, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for our products and services.

Job Summary

The Support Account Manager will utilize their technical expertise, communication, and escalation management skills to provide exceptional support services to our customers. This role is critical to our Sales Account Team, as you will work closely with customers and Sales teams to further our partner relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized, proactive, preventative, and reactive enterprise-class support services to customers.
  • Work closely with NetApp customers and designated Account/Sales Teams to ensure seamless support experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, Sales teams, and Support Center to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize technical skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide expert guidance on NetApp products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English are mandatory. Proficiency in other languages is highly welcome.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, Sales teams, and Support Center.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills to collaborate successfully with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in escalation management and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to integrate diverse perspectives to aid issue resolution.
  • Technical understanding of Storage and/or Virtualization and/or Network Technology.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience in post-sales management.
Education & Experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or equivalent combination of applicable education/training/certifications and relevant years of professional work experience.
  • Work experience in a technical Customer Success role is desired.
  • NetApp and/or Cloud certifications are a plus.
