Job Title: Business Partner Commercial Controller

Our client, an International Company operating in the B2B Food Industry, is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner Commercial Controller to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support the Commercial Italy and Iberia teams in managing and optimizing financial initiatives related to the Commercial Teams' activities, aligned with the Group guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Business Partner for the Chief Commercial Officer's perimeter in the expansion of worldwide strategic countries (Europe, Middle East, etc.)
  • Coordinating and leading the annual budget for volumes and sales
  • Gathering information from all business functions, assessing financial needs, setting financial goals and constraints aligned with Group guidelines
  • Actively participating in defining pricing and optimal commercial strategies
  • Supervise Accounting operations on Sales, ensuring proper bookings in accordance to accounting principles
  • Manage month-end and budget reviews at local level
  • Prepare monthly financial reconciliation and variance analyses vs planning/LY, communicate explanations to management (local/central) with recommended actions
  • Consolidate end-to-end P&L for Italy and Iberia and categories and be the POC for all questions from CCOs and relevant categories
  • Perform profitability analyses and draft recommendations to improve margins
  • Perform ad-hoc business cases and analyses as needed
  • Harmonize processes across countries in the areas of profitability analysis, sales bridges, overall financial bridges
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in Finance Business Partnership preferably within an international Commercial Teams
  • Experience in Food will be considered a plus
  • Solid background on Financial Planning and Analysis, Pricing Strategy Setting
  • Ability to influence Senior Managers through a confident and knowledgeable approach
  • Analytical skills and Business Acumen

  • English and Italian fluent
