Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

MSC Cruises is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of market-leading HR IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR process and a keen interest in cutting-edge HR IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of market-leading HR IT solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget;
  • Manage projects, reporting to IT hierarchy, and is responsible for end-to-end delivery to internal and external clients;
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project outcomes align with business needs, managing expectations and communications with non-technical stakeholders;
  • Oversee external consultancies and providers, ensuring their contributions are effectively integrated into project objectives;
  • Apply architectural understanding and API knowledge to guide project decisions and problem-solving;
  • Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master) are highly desirable;
  • Proven experience in technical project management, particularly with HR IT platforms such as SAP Success Factors, E-Learning Platform, workforce planning;
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project delivery;
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and initiative, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
