At Luxe Talent Italia, we are looking for an experienced International Recruiter to join our team in a full-time position. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and recruiting top talent for various luxury and retail clients across Europe.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in the luxury and retail sector.
A strong understanding of HR databases, excellent decision-making skills, and attention to detail are also essential for this role. Fluency in German is mandatory, with English fluency a requirement, and Spanish/Italian language skills considered a significant advantage.
Job Responsibilities:- Source, select, and recruit high-quality candidates for client positions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in the luxury and retail sector
- Strong understanding of HR databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German (Mandatory)
- English fluency (Required)
- Spanish/Italian language skills (Advantageous)
