We are looking for a Production Foreman/Forewoman to join our team at our headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing employees and overseeing production processes to achieve our objectives.
About the job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of achieving productivity and quality goals.
About you
- Engineering degree and/or technical/scientific University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Automotive/manufacturing/industrial environment
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- Good standing
