External Sales Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced External Sales Advisor to join our team as a Hydraulic Attachments Specialist. This role involves developing and maintaining commercial relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our business in Italy.

About the Role:

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by planning effective sales visits and calls to existing customers and new prospects. You will work closely with internal and external colleagues to maximize profitable business growth.

  • Maintain and develop commercial contacts with existing customers to drive profitable growth.
  • Actively promote hydraulic attachments to stimulate sales and meet set turnover targets.
  • Contact and map new customers (suspects and prospects) to expand the customer portfolio within defined sales objectives.
  • Identify and communicate sales opportunities at new customers.
  • Prepare and plan customer visits to optimize available time and manage the customer database efficiently.
  • Provide qualitative reports to ensure effective follow-up on customer contacts.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to deliver excellent service to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a relevant sector.
  • Strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Traits of a team player, with good communication skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products or their equivalents.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Salary Range:

This role offers a competitive salary range of approximately €45,000 to €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this figure is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary.
