Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Freudenberg. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Phone and Email Management:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner.

Scheduling and Meetings:

  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting materials and agendas.

Administrative Support:

  • Providing administrative support to senior managers and executives.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicating clearly and concisely with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
