Key Responsibilities:

Phone and Email Management:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
Scheduling and Meetings:
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Preparing and distributing meeting materials and agendas.
Administrative Support:
- Providing administrative support to senior managers and executives.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicating clearly and concisely with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
