About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all maintenance processes for production machinery and building utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage maintenance processes for production machinery and building utilities
  • Ensure all department workers adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain all machinery to ensure it is at working standards
  • Create and implement maintenance procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to detect and resolve problems
  • Interact with suppliers and internal customers
  • Document and prepare reports and maintenance logs
  • Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering fields (Electrical or mechanical preferred)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance and utility management
  • Business level English language
  • Good understanding of technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
  • Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Availability to travel abroad (approximately 20% of the time)
