Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team as an Accounts Payables Jr ADV. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment where innovation, design, and engineering meet scale.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and be able to process vendor invoices following the AP process. Additionally, they will ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to.

The selected candidate will also assist the team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation, investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders, and assist in ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices following the AP process
  • Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Assist team with gathering support for all audits
  • Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of general accounting principles
  • Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various departments
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Location:

Bologna or our offices (Milan, La Spezia, Venice)

Salary: €60,000 per year, depending on experience
