As a leading European firm in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, we are seeking a Consultant to join our team, focusing on the Insurance Business Line.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and evaluate offerings in asset management and insurance;
- Develop and design effective processes and service models tailored for financial and insurance distribution networks.
- A Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics, management engineering, or a related field with outstanding academic performance.
- Prior experience in a consulting firm within the banking or insurance sectors, or in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Private Banking, is advantageous.
- Involvement in projects aimed at implementing information systems that support sales and consulting activities for financial or insurance intermediaries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities;
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team;
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a benefit.
