About the Job

We are looking for a Product Specialist for Calabria (City – Catanzaro). The candidate will work in a dynamic environment with full responsibility for assigned tasks. This role will directly report to the Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer detailed and precise medical-scientific information on drugs belonging to the reference therapeutic area.
  • Offer a technical opinion on the correct and safe use of the products, interfacing with multiple figures such as doctors and pharmacists.
  • Coordinate and manage relations with the main stakeholders, creating a feedback and communication channel.
  • Constantly monitor the market and the competition, maintaining contact with the most relevant opinion leaders in the sector, hospital doctors, etc.
  • Carry out all the necessary operational marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement a Territorial Plan (Account Plan).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the Marketing Department, the Medical Management, to review and update programs and propose initiatives useful for consolidating Theramex's image among the relevant stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Biotechnology or similar fields.
  • Results orientation, ability to act innovatively and work in a team.
