Retail Client Consultant

Diesel stands as a prominent innovator in the realm of denim and casual fashion, consistently pushing the boundaries of industry trends. We are on the lookout for Full-Time Retail Client Consultants to enhance our Diesel Flagship Store.

Your Role
- You are a genuine and enthusiastic client consultant: a perceptive sales associate with a flair for style.

A skilled communicator, you prioritize client care and empathy, ensuring the client remains at the forefront of every interaction.
- You are bold in your ideas and innovative in your methods, always eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Always prioritize the client and their experience, possessing a deep understanding of their desires, needs, and expectations.
- Greet and assist each client, delivering an exceptional in-store experience consistently.
- Master the art of storytelling and engage clients with thoughtful questions.
- Forge long-lasting, authentic relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Address customer complaints effectively, collaborating with management when necessary.
- Exhibit proactive leadership on the sales floor, driving both individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales outcomes.
- Engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Contribute to a secure environment by being vigilant against product theft, including tagging merchandise on the sales floor.
- Think creatively about improvements and stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
- Cultivate meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Drive sales by understanding client preferences and crafting personalized experiences to optimize sales performance.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in sales roles is advantageous; experience in structured luxury retail environments is a plus. A passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset are essential.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills; a willingness to evolve within the organization, with relocation flexibility being a plus.
- Digitally savvy and open to innovative working methods.
- We seek candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Execution.
