We are seeking a highly experienced **Director of Construction and Operations** to lead our Construction Business Unit. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with our company's growth strategy.

The **Job Description**:

  • Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities to expand our client portfolio and enhance our market position within the mission-critical sectors.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, ensuring the profitable growth of the Construction Unit in line with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain high-level client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale and complex construction projects in the life sciences, food, and data center sectors, ensuring they meet targets for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the delivery of construction projects within mission-critical sectors, with a track record in senior management level in construction field.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial management within EPC o EPCM companies.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing large teams and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Salary:** €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location:** Italy
