Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Specialist to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing business intelligence, and creating financial models to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business intelligence and strategic plans
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, and analysis
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software
