Job Description

LyondellBasell is seeking a highly skilled QC Lab Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, products, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (chemistry, materials science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of plastics and their properties.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and software.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
