Supply Chain Manager

For a leading food company in an international group, Adecco Italia S.p.A. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the order flow and shipping process.

1. Prioritize tasks by coordinating with the warehouse for efficient order management and planning.
2. Communicate effectively with national authorities (ASL, Chamber of Commerce, customs, etc.) to obtain necessary certificates.
3. Issue required shipping documentation (customs documents, delivery notes, etc.).
4. Generate sales invoices and credit notes as needed.
5. Optimize transport provider relationships.

Requirements:

1. Expert knowledge of export regulations and customs documentation.
2. Familiarity with national authorities for certifications and new authorizations.
3. Proficiency in English (C1 level).
4. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
5. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

What we offer:
