We are seeking a highly skilled System Safety, Reliability, and Maintainability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our INS products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough safety assessments of inertial systems for civil and military aircraft, ensuring compliance with ARP4761 and other relevant safety standards.
- Collaborate with the system design team to ensure that safety objectives are met, and system requirements are validated and verified according to ARP4754A.
- Develop and manage safety-related derived requirements, and perform safety assessments throughout the development life cycle.
- Coordinate and manage safety activities with external suppliers, including document review and acceptance.
- Generate, manage, and verify reliability documentation, including FMES, FMEA, and FMECA.
- Develop and maintain maintainability documentation.
- University degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in applying ARP4761 and ARP4754A guidelines.
- Systems Engineering/V Model expertise in Aviation or other complex product development industries.
- Knowledge of reliability software packages and main reliability standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate level of English language proficiency.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools, such as IBM Rational DOORS.
- Knowledge of Inertial Navigation Systems.
- Target-oriented with analytic problem-solving skills.
